Stripe (Primary)

All direct billing goes through Stripe. Accepted payment methods:

Cloud Marketplace Billing

When subscribed via a cloud marketplace, billing is handled through your existing cloud account:

Subscription Management

Subscribe to a Plan

Go to Dashboard → Billing Click Upgrade on the desired plan Select Monthly or Annual billing cycle Enter payment details (Stripe checkout) Subscription activates immediately

Switch Plans

Upgrade (Starter → Pro → Business): Prorated immediately. You're charged the difference for the remaining billing period. Downgrade (Business → Pro → Starter): Takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Ensure your usage is within the new plan's limits before the switch.

Cancel Subscription

Go to Dashboard → Billing Click Cancel Subscription Subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period After expiration, account reverts to Starter plan limits Data exceeding Starter retention (30 days) is preserved for 30 days grace period, then deleted

Reactivate Subscription

If cancelled but still within the billing period: Go to Dashboard → Billing Click Reactivate Cancellation is reversed; billing continues as normal

Types of Promo Codes

Redeeming a Promo Code

Go to Dashboard → Billing Click Redeem Promo Code Enter the code Discount applies to the next billing cycle (or immediately for credits/trial extensions)

Promo Code Rules

Only one promo code active per organization at a time Promo codes have expiration dates and usage limits Some codes are restricted to specific plans Platform admins create promo codes via Admin Panel → Promo Codes
